Shuttle Instructions

Arrival

• Arrival 90 minutes prior to show time is recommended.
• Please arrive to Valet area no later than 15 minutes prior to your departure time.
• Shuttle departs approximately 30 minutes prior to show time.
• Arrival at the Arena will be approximately 15 minutes prior to show time.

Check-in

• Once you arrive at Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage on the day of your scheduled service, you must first check in at the ACE Club.
• Inform the ACE Club representative that you have purchased a "Park and Ride" shuttle pass and present your valid photo ID, matching your reservation.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, the ACE Club representative will provide you with your "Park and Ride" shuttle pass wristband.
• Your wristband is your ticket on the "Park and Ride" shuttle and must be worn for arrival and departure. Guests without a wristband will not be admitted on the "Park and Ride" shuttle.
• The ACE Club representative will then confirm if you are currently an ACE Club member, or ask if you'd like to sign up so you can take advantage of the special offer below.

Departure

• Passengers are responsible for arriving at the designated shuttle pick-up time at Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage and will not be contacted if they do not arrive in time for departure. The shuttle will depart to the Acrisure Arena at 75702 Varner Rd, Palm Desert, CA 92211 at the scheduled time.
• The shuttle will depart to ACCRM 30 minutes after the event's conclusion. Those who are not at the designated shuttle pick-up within the designated time-frame will be responsible for their transportation back to ACCRM.
• Passengers are responsible for arriving at the designated shuttle pick-up time after the event at Acrisure Arena and will not be contacted if they do not arrive in time for departure. The shuttle will depart to ACCRM at the scheduled time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancelations may be made up to 24-hours in advance of your shuttle pickup time.
• Call Agua Caliente Casinos Supervisor Call Center at 760-202-2122 or email eyago@accmail.net to submit your request to cancel.
• Full refunds may be issued to those who cancel within the required time frame.

Offer is redeemable at Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage on the day of the purchased shuttle service only. Offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer from Agua Caliente Casinos. Free Play or Dining Credit will be redeemable on the day of the show during ACE Club hours. Once loaded onto the ACE Club Member’s account, Free Play or Dining Credit will expire at 11:59pm on the day after issuance/validation at the ACE Club. ACE Club members can be redeem (1) offer per day, during the promotion period. Dining Credit can be used at participating dining outlets at Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage.
